After confirmation of your commitment to work with us, your search begins:
- We send of pre-selection of properties, made by your specialist, thanks to our network of agencies covering all of France
- Planning of visits (physical and/or virtual) of the properties
- We accompany you on all the visits
- Presentation to the various specialists necessary for your transaction (notaries, lawyers, bankers, insurance, etc.)
- We accompany for the signature of the preliminary sales agreement and the final deed. We can provide a power of attorney service if you are not able to attend the signing in person.
